A large and complex program in an agile environment has experienced an increase in escalations from the client side. The rates and responsibilities are unclear, and the client does not have any direction regarding the escalation process.

What should be done to resolve this issue?

  • A . Invite the client and product owner to all planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
