IPSec polic is configured between the two routers , after the policy is issued to the corresponding interface, the ping command is used to check the interoperability of the protected data flow, and it is found that the data passes 100% .Use displa ike sa and displa ipsec sa to order, it shows that IPSec SA is not established.
